Added new sound effects

Added the coin pickup item

The coin pickup item can spawn in 4 different hard to find locations

Added the Mysterious penguin. The Mysterious Penguin can be traded the Coin pickup item for faster stamina regeneration

The Mysterious penguin can spawn in 3 different locations 

Added "Tips Tab" that is selectable on the "How to play" menu both on the main menu and in game from pause

-Fixed an issue where a print string was playing after you run of glowstick and G is pressed again

-Adjusted the game balance- 

-Decreased Wally's speed (105 -> 100)

-Decreased Wally's sound detection box

Another pretty hefty patch. Spent about 6 hours trying to code the Mysterious Penguin but it's a thrill to see it the way I imagined it. Will continue working on the final maps and code for Hard Mode.
