-New Additions-

Partial Controller Support Added

Player Light has been altered to allow better visual clarity

Removed Motion Blur

Added a frame rate toggle to the Title Screen Menu and Pause Menu. The frame rate should now stay consistent depending on your choice of 30 60 90 or 120 FPS

-Bug Fixes-

Fixed an issue where the framerate was not setting properly

-Adjusted the game balance- 

To account for the new frame rate adjustments, many of the games timer systems had to be altered. I've adjusted the stamina system to reflect the new changes, however more balance tweaks are going to be looked into to get it to feel closer to how it did before.

-Dev Notes- 

Honestly, this patch was a bit unexpected. Working on Wally 2 made me realize a huge oversight with the frame rate. This oversight has been present in Wally 1, and I've made adjustments accordingly. Due to the code being old, many of the timer systems had to be overhauled, and as a result some things such as player stamina and speed values may feel a little altered. I will continue to adjust things over time as I re-test Wally 1 with these changes in place.
