-New Additions-

Performance enhancements:

Added a 45 FPS Toggle in the options menu.

Converted old code to use timer systems to help stabilize performance.

-Bug Fixes-

Fixed an issue where the game would change resolution when returning to the title screen.

Fixed several visual bugs with the in game UI.

-Adjusted the game balance- 

Increased Wally's speed when the 5th Key is collected on Hard (475 -> 485).

-Dev Notes- 

More stability and performance updates. I will finish the rest of the controller support at some point (Everything is in except hard mode stuff). The balance of the game was adjusted, but overall I feel pretty comfortable with how the game is currently.
